All items, except ones marked differently, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs, with proof of purchase.

All items purchased online or at pop up events, except ones marked differently, can be returned within 90 days for store credit. This store credit cannot be used at Painted Tree. All items purchased at Painted Tree, except ones marked differently, can only be exchanged for an item from Gypsy Soul Boutique of equal or lesser value as they are unable to provide store credit for individual vendors.

All items, except ones marked differently, can be exchanged within 90 days for an item of equal to or less than final price of the item being exchanged. If no proof of purchase is provided, the lowest price recorded for that item will be considered its value. Exchanges with no proof of purchase may not be accepted at Painted Tree.

All items must be in the same, new condition as it was when originally purchased to be eligible for return or exchange. 

Damaged or flawed items will be returned or exchanged if it is a retailer's error only- manager will decide if item qualifies.

For most items, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges if returned by mail. Exceptions for damaged goods may be applied.
