Return shipping in most cases is the buyer’s responsibility.

All items, except ones marked differently, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs, with proof of purchase.

All items purchased online, except ones marked differently, can be returned within 90 days for store credit. Items purchased from The Painted Tree can be exchanged for an item of equal or less value. 

All items, except ones marked differently, can be exchanged within 90 days for an item of equal to or less than final price of the item being exchanged. If no proof of purchase is provided, the lowest price recorded for that item will be considered its value. 

All items must be in the same, new condition as it was when originally purchased to be eligible for return or exchange. 

Damaged or flawed items will be returned or exchanged if it is a retailer's error only- manager will decide if item qualifies.

For most items, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges if returned by mail. Exceptions for damaged goods may be applied.
